Healing fasting is an important process that should be done by choosing the appropriate ones among many fasting types according to the needs of the person. It is the discovery of self-healing in the body. In fact, this healing fast is almost as old as human history. His entry into the field of modern medicine begins with Hippocrates; He is in favor of a 3-day healing fast. But there are those who hold it longer.
