HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnotherapy means treatment with the method of hypnosis. It has its origins in hypnosis. Hypnosis is to influence a person or a group for a short time by means of gaze or suggestion. In general, hypnosis is a state of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness in which attention is concentrated and the ability to receive suggestions increases. Hypnotherapy, on the other hand, is a supportive therapy method applied by a specialist for the conscious and subconscious, using the state of mindfulness and concentration of the hypnotized person. In many problems, hypnotherapy is more effective and beneficial than normal therapies. Glance, word and thought are very important in hypnosis. Gaze is one of the methods used by the hypnotherapist to create the subconscious state. With the gaze, the magnetic effects from the eyes are taken under control. In the verbal case, the hypnotherapist explains the thoughts he wants to put into the patient’s brain. The thought state, on the other hand, is the pulling of the patient towards the desired state. Concentration is very important in the thinking phase. In hypnosis, many of the person’s resistances are gone. The mind is relaxed and relaxed. Open to suggestions. While the person is in hypnosis, the subconscious mind is awake and open to what is being said. But the body is at rest. Hypnosis is not a night’s sleep. There is no such thing as not being able to wake up or come out of hypnosis. During hypnosis, the person may not share the information they do not want with the hypnotherapist. The person who is aware of everything during hypnosis does not give the information that he does not want to give to the hypnotherapist. Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis for therapeutic purposes. Therefore, it should be noted that the person who will perform hypnotherapy is a psychologist or medical doctor. Because only experts should use hypnosis in therapy.

SEXUAL LIFE THERAPY

In sexual therapy practices, people who have sexual problems are tried to go to the source of the problems by using speech therapy during therapy. The first sexual therapy studies in the field of sexuality, which is an inseparable part of life, started in 1960, when pioneering researchers William Masters (1915-2001) and Virginia Johnson (1925-2013) showed that many sexual problems can be easily solved with education and some specific massage techniques. The most common sexual problems today; sexual dysfunctions, premature ejaculation, vaginismus, orgasmic disorders, painful sexual intercourse, sexual reluctance.

The primary aim of sex therapists is to educate individuals about sexuality. In sexual therapies, the therapist first tries to find out the source of the problems by asking questions to people who have sexual problems. If the basis of sexual problems is due to physical reasons, the sexual therapist should direct the client to related fields such as urology or internal medicine.

EFT (EMOTIONAL LIBERATION TECHNIQUE)

By determining all the limitations of the person arising from himself or outside, we decide what needs to be broken and liberate. In this therapy method, NLP, quantum, breath etc. We use creative drama and special applied techniques as we use techniques. Liberation therapy, which allows us to reach our inner child more easily, is also very effective in finding the happiness formulas we have forgotten.

Negative thoughts, traumas we experience, feelings such as fear, guilt, hatred, resentment cause blockage in the relevant meridians. As these feelings and traumatic memories are stored in the energy channels of the body, they manifest as bodily ailments and psychological pain. At this point, EFT; It aims to distribute and balance the blocked energy with strokes and affirmations on some meridians in our body. When the energy meridian is balanced, the feeling that caused the blockage disappears.

For EFT, it doesn’t matter how long the problem has been going on. Since the purpose of therapy is not to “treat the memory”, the treatment process does not cause psychological pain to the person and does not require long sessions. It does not include medication and needle therapy. For EFT to work, one doesn’t have to believe it.

EFT is used to get rid of phobias (fear of spiders, fear of heights, fear of public speaking, etc.), to get rid of addictions (smoking, alcohol addiction), to get rid of physical pain (back, low back pain, etc.), to get rid of transition pain (exposure to abuse, etc.). can be used for traumas etc.). It can be used in any situation as it has no side effects.

In addition, therapists, medical doctors, acupuncture and reflexology specialists can combine the treatment process with this technique.
