HEALING FASTS

Healing fasting is an important process that should be done by choosing the appropriate ones among many fasting types according to the needs of the person. It is the discovery of self-healing in the body. In fact, this healing fast is almost as old as human history. His entry into the field of modern medicine begins with Hippocrates; He is in favor of a 3-day healing fast. But there are those who hold it longer. For example, Ibn Sina used to fast for three weeks or more. With modern medicine, this method became history, but it reappeared at the end of the 19th century. And it’s a very common method. It takes a minimum of 3 weeks when used in the treatment of disease, and a 10-day process for healthy people. It has different methods.

It is a method that has been applied since 1920 and is now widely used in many countries. It takes 10 days in total. The first day is the day of preparation for the healing fast.
